Every now and then I have a moment that is profound.
A moment that I tell myself, “try to remember this moment, this moment is important”.
unfortunately I hardly remember those moments or the key take aways. But remembering that those moments existed, that they occurred, makes me feel better about everything. I’m having one of them right now as I type this. I think desiring/thinking about these moments helps the frequency of these events.
Don’t be afraid of being profound to yourself.
