Affable- Pleasantly easy to approach and to talk to; friendly; cordial; warmly polite.

Be someone who is easy to talk to. This is easier said than done, but make effort to be the person you would like to talk to. Someone you would appreciate. Be an affable person.

People 

Take note of people who are easy to talk to. Surround yourself with them. Spend most of your time with them. There is a reason that they are easy to talk to. Those are the type of people who will make great friends and great life partners. Stick with friends and women who are warm, friendly, open, and deep. Seek affable people.
