Encouragement and the Process of Progress

Getting something the first try doesn’t encourage improvement.

Failing and incremental progress does.

People who fail the first time cannot wait to try again.

The failure is fuel.

They are constantly encouraged to improve and improve.

How often do we see people who are naturally gifted lose interest or lack drive because it’s just too easy for them? Easy and boring.

That’s why people who maybe have less talent have the ability to surpass people who have more. Because they are encouraged by the imperfections. They want to improve more than anything else. It isn’t boring to them, its in fact thrilling to see progress and developing all the methods to do so. It becomes an obsession.

Obsession when channeled correctly, is powerful.

Obsessed people are the experts. They appreciate the process of progress.
