“A patent is a title that gives its owner the legal right to exclude others from making, using, or selling an invention for a limited period of years in exchange for publishing an enabling public disclosure of the invention.”
*I am unsure if I will be able to pull off the profound parallel from the term “patent pending” and the thoughts I am developing as I type this, but here we go*
The personal patent deep dive begins.
Being an individual is a form of a personal patent. Because out of all of the 7,800,000,000 people in the world… there is only one you. As an individual, you have human right to “legal right to exclude” others from being “you”. (I’ll work on making that sound better).
Understanding the extent of your personal patent is important. Just because you are the local expert in your field, doesn’t mean a new Ramen Chef isn’t allowed to open up down the street.
Imma expand upon this, just posting to get my thoughts rollin again.
Onward.
