We do not notice significant change as we live out our day to day lives.
We think we are rather regular and follow the same routine, day in and day out.
And that is true, when observing yesterday, the day before, and maybe even the week before that.
But how about last month? Maybe you switched up where you get your morning coffee.
How about two months ago? Maybe you just joined a new gym and end your work day with a workout.
How about six months ago? Maybe you worked a completely different job than you do now.
How about a year ago?
Change happens. Sometimes small. Sometimes quite significant.
Are these changes “good”? Are they gradually pointing you in the right direction?
As these changes chain together, they craft your life.
So if you look back a week, a month, 6 months…. and you don’t see much change, maybe you need to do something about it.
