Creating a public forum for my thoughts created my own form of accountability.

Thinking to myself, “Wow I haven’t made a post in a while”, makes me realize I haven’t taken in any new information lately.

It’s hard to make a post when you aren’t doing any life homework.

Not listening to any podcasts, reading any books, watched a new movie, or tried something new etc etcc.

There is always the excuse of being busy.

I could use that excuse right now. I just started school full time, have an hour commute both ways, still work, and attempt to maintain my training.

But if you don’t take the time to sit back, reflect, and process you won’t retain.

You can’t level up if you don’t acknowledge.
