Negative self talk is equally powerful, but in the worst way. It is a growth stunter. It’s one of the biggest time wasters and productivity killers of them all. It creates a cycle of can’t and no.
Recognizing it in its earliest stage is crucial.
Maybe there is some truth to it, so analyze it for the value it may provide. Then move on. Move on and do whatever you have to do to get back on track with positive self talk.
For me it’s hanging out with the right people. Having the right conversation. Watching the right movie. Reading the right quote. Reading the write book. Listening to the write podcast. Crushing that particular workout or project.
