Creating Personal Pressure

Sometimes we need a bit of a push to get rolling.

But we do not always have someone there to push us.

Not because we lack people around us but because they do not know of the goals we think of to ourselves.

One way to address this issue is to create your own personal pressure.

How?

Go public. Tell your friends what you want to do. Tell your parents. Tell the cashier at Wawa. Tell Facebook. Tell anyone.

Guess what just happened? You put yourself in a situation where you now HAVE to perform and if you don’t that means you probably didn’t want to do it in the first place. it’s a win win scenario.

You just created your own personal pressure, you don’t need someone else.

Get after it.
