Allow yourself to engage in uncomfortable conversation.
Too many times we rather keep our head down than potentially have to “endure” a conversation.
I get it, sometimes a quick two minute run in at Wawa can be brutal.
But you never know what can come out of a quick catch up.
More often than not you may have mutual interests or at the least can brighten someones day with a genuine conversation.
You’re not too good to give someone two minutes.
One of my favorite things is a good conversation.
Good conversations can be incredibly powerful.
It can help you break out of a funk, get back at chasing your goals, spark a new interest, make you laugh, and overall change your mood or outlook.
You can’t have a good conversation if you are constantly trying to avoid them.
